Susan M. Henry has over twenty-five years of experience in litigating workers’ compensation cases in Pennsylvania, including appellate practice before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board and Commonwealth Court. She has spoken at the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation  Fall Section Meeting, written articles for the AAJ Women’s Law Caucus “Connections” Newsletter and counseled corporate clients on effective risk management strategies.  Prior to her exclusive practice of workers’ compensation, Sue honed her litigation skills as an Assistant District Attorney and general practitioner, practicing in areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, real estate, wills and domestic relations law.

Education

Sue obtained her law degree from Widener University School of Law (Delaware Law School) in 1989 and was the recipient of  The United States Law Week Award.  During her time in Law School, Sue was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a member of the 1988-89 National Moot Court Team.  She graduated from Lycoming College in 1983, with honors, majoring in Criminal Justice.
