Rachel A. Kelley is an experienced litigator who represents employers, businesses, and insureds in complex civil litigation with a concentration in workers' compensation defense, insurance defense, and risk management. With more than a decade of litigation experience, she provides strategic counsel throughout every stage of the legal process, from pre-litigation evaluation through trial and appeal.
Rachel has extensive experience advising clients on litigation strategy, exposure analysis, compliance, and risk mitigation. She partners closely with claims professionals, employers and carriers to develop practical, cost-effective solutions that protect her clients' interests while minimizing future liability.
Before joining the firm, Rachel served as in-house counsel for AmTrust North America for over five years. Earlier in her career, she represented public and private entities in general liability, workers' compensation, insurance coverage, and medical malpractice matters, gaining substantial experience across all areas of litigation at a large defense firm.
Rachel earned her Juris Doctorate from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law where she received a merit scholarship and served in a leadership role within the American Bar Association Law Student Division. She also served as a Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Scholar. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Public and Mass Communication Studies from The College of New Jersey, with a minor in Law, Politics, and Philosophy.
Rachel is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
