Hui J. Kim has over 19 years of experience in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation defense. She worked for a major defense firm soon after graduating from law school. She also worked as an in-house PA workers’ compensation attorney for AIG and Nationwide, representing small to large employers, TPAs and insurance companies through all aspects of workers' compensation claims. She has been named PA Rising Star on numerous occasions. She has given lectures to clients on such issues as significant case law updates and settlement negotiations. She is a member of the PA Bar Association.
Education
Hui graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate from The Dickinson School of Law (Penn State).
